Dear Enpal Team,
We are very much looking forward to getting together at the end of August for our summer party and celebrating with you. So that you are well-prepared for the evening, you will find all the important information and details on this page.

Please bring your photo ID with you for admission. You will receive the admission wristbands on site. This time there will be no time slots for admission.
The official party starts at 6 pm - so make sure you're there on time so you don't miss out! The last drinks will be served at 02:30 am, the official end of the event is 03:00 am.
If you travel to Berlin for the event, Enpal will cover a total of €80.00 of your travel and accommodation costs. This option only applies to colleagues who have a remote contract. Please fill out the expense reimbursement form and submit it together with the invoices to rechnungen@enpal.de. Please note the following reimbursement of expenses:
- Invoice recipient: Enpal B.V., Bödikerstraße 25, 10245 Berlin
- Please send the invoice including employee expense voucher (see attachment) as one PDF to rechnungen@enpal.de
We celebrate according to the motto “Come as you are”. However, please dress appropriately for the occasion and the weather. High heels are not recommended due to the gravel-sand floor in the outdoor area.
We look forward to celebrating our team spirit and success together at our summer party! Please understand that we cannot invite guests such as children and partners due to limited capacity. Pets must also stay at home.

Legend has it that since the 19th century and throughout the GDR era right up to the wild post-reunification era, the Zenner-Saal has been the scene of exuberant celebrations. Today, after extensive refurbishment, the in-house culture department is reviving this legendary hall with concerts, shows and club nights. We are delighted to be celebrating our legendary summer party at Haus Zenner.
Food and drinks
A large selections of drinks and food will be provided.
Wardrobe
You can simply leave your things at the checkroom and pick them up again later.
Where can I smoke?
You are allowed to smoke anywhere on the grounds of Haus Zenner. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the club and on the two dance floors.

Respect and consideration
Our summer party stands for a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. That's why we have a strict zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination in any form, including racist, sexist, homophobic or other derogatory behavior. Any incident or suspicion will be taken seriously - look out for each other and get in touch with the contact persons on site if you feel uncomfortable.

Drugs
We also have a strict zero-tolerance policy towards drugs at our summer party. Bringing and/or consuming drugs will result in immediate exclusion from the event.

Alcohol consumption
We want to create a positive and safe party atmosphere. We therefore ask you to ensure that you consume alcohol responsibly. Bringing and/or consuming your own alcohol is also not permitted.

Security & bag check
It is forbidden to bring sharp objects such as pocket knives or other weapons. Any such items found will result in immediate exclusion from the event. For everyone's safety, bag checks will be carried out at the entrance. Security staff are present throughout the site and can be contacted at any time. If you have any security concerns, please contact them directly.
