Berlin, 15.01.2024 - Enpal, Germany's leading provider of renewable energy solutions, today announced its preliminary business figures for 2023. The energy company once again achieved record sales of around EUR 900 million in 2023 compared to EUR 415 million in 2022, representing growth of around 117% and thus more than doubling its previous figures. At the same time, Enpal remains profitable as a business. All growth was generated purely organic, i.e. without acquisitions, and related only to the German market.
With over 30,000 new customers, Enpal has consolidated its position as the market leader for private solar systems in Germany. With over 1,000 newly installed heat pumps, the company also made a successful entry into the heating market. Enpal also installed over 20,000 intelligent electricity meters, known as smart meters.

Enpal is one of the few companies in Germany to offer the solar system as a complete solution with storage, charging station, heat pump, smart meter and the intelligent energy manager app from a single source as a one-stop store for renewable energy for residential homeowners. The centerpiece is the self-developed and multi-award-winning intelligent energy manager app, which networks the components and integrates them into the power grid. This creates additional revenue, e.g. through the intelligent solar charging mode for the electric car or the optimization of the electricity storage system. Enpal has also been offering heat pumps from Bosch and Daikin since 2023.
The audited annual figures for 2023 will be communicated in summer 2024.
